Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle-Review

I have been in good condition most of my life but on a few occasions I have let myself go a little.  Not necessarily fat but just out of shape.  To recover I have had to change my eating habits.  I always did this instinctively without any direction or having to buy the latest weight loss fad.  But I have had many friends that have had weight, or should I say fat, problems.  To be supportive of them I have gone on their latest, sure fire way to lose weight and get in shape.  I could tell them what I have done to stay in shape, what to eat, what to do at the gym, etc.  But they wanted something that gave them results quicker than my method would provide.  I would feel rotten and they would lose 10 to 20 pounds in a few weeks then quit.  In another few weeks their lost weight would be back with a few extra pounds for good measure.  Why they wouldn’t listen to me is probably because I couldn’t backup with facts what I was telling them.  They needed the written word as proof.

Then by accident I stumbled across Tom Venuto’s book "Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle".  For $39 I was willing to take a chance that there would be good information for me regarding my fitness habits, and maybe something that might be beneficial to my overweight friends.  Maybe a little more than I wanted to spend since other weight loss books sell for half of that.  booksm.jpg

I have to admit that I was completely overwhelmed with the volume of my purchase.  Over three hundred pages of information about fat burning.  So much that I took it to Kinkos for printing.  That evening I found a quiet spot in the house and commenced my reading of Venuto’s volume of work.  I completed my epic task late that evening and had this huge feeling of being overwhelmed.  Even thinking for a moment that maybe I shouldn’t have purchased this book.  So in the closet it went with other neglected projects.

A few weeks later I had become bored with what I was eating (chicken, eggs, salad, and yams everyday) and doing the same routine at the gym for the past several months.  So I thought I would see what Mr. Venuto had to say in his epic "Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle".  Searching for information about diet led to answers as to why I was doing certain things and how I could do them better.

Quickly I found out Tom’s book wasn’t so overwhelming and that I either hadn’t read it properly the first time or I had read it too fast.  Everything was there that I needed for myself and that my friends needed as well.  He covered:

All excellent information about not only what you need to do for fat loss but why you are doing it.

At $39 this has become a bargain for me.  It is something I have recommended to my friends and feel comfortable encouraging anyone to buy.  This is not a program that is going to give you immediate results but is going to take some work.  Work that will give you life lasting results.  You will not lose 20 pounds in two weeks but then you will not gain back 30 pounds in 4 months.  I only recommend products that I have tried, tested, and like.  Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is a winner!
